Getting married in winter 

In these years the taboo of winter wedding is falling slowly. Lots of couples are choosing months outside the standard times March-October for celebrating their wedding. On this article I’m going to talk about several benefits that a winter wedding has, giving pieces of advice for the best organization even on the point of view of photograph service.

Why getting married during winter times

Wedding ceremonies during winter were always considered to be weird respect to ones organized during summertime. Luckily this idea is changing. Above all, you will have the possibility to organise a wedding different and original respect standard ones you see during the rest of the year 

The weather, equipments, clothes are distinguished from the others tipically summery, creating a peculiar mood and less conventional. The winter atmospheres are themselves full of romance and the idea to be in warm and comfortable sites to celebrate with people you love most add a special magic 

In these last years weather changed. If during spring and summer months can happen suddenly bad weather that force you to re-organize wedding ceremony hastily indoor, in winter times nowadays we have on the other hand good weather days.

It’s obvious that can happen a really cold day and to this we have to be prepared from outfit to wedding location.

But on the other hand in case of snow, magic is guaranted. 

Choosing winter means also to avoid guests will be flushed as summertime that in some cases can be really decisive

One other good reason for choose winter is that generally vendors are less busy. Requests are less respect to high season and this allows to organise your wedding in shorter times and streamlined manner. 

Even more, lots locations offer an economic benefit as they have more available times. 

Where to celebrate in winter

Celebrations during winter wedding will be mostly in indoor locations. For this you have to take more care about all the details.

The advantage is that you don’t need to think about a second plan as the ceremony will take place inside the location from first moments.

More popular locations will be villas, castles and buildings equipped of rooms with fireplace.

In contrast to summer wedding, that generally take place in big and outdoor areas, winter wedding are characterized by cosy and welcoming atmosphere.  Intimacy, decorated rooms, fireplace on and your friends more close to you will make unique the party. 

It will be important to have a room for the cake cutting and for the long-awaited launch of bouquet. Or you can challenge winter breeze and go out.
